prices displayed are in UK Sterling (GBP) and include VAT
at the prevailing rate (20%). All prices are subject to change
without prior notice. TITAN order confirmations are sent by
email - this confirms that the order has been placed but is
subject to credit/debit card confirmation. This email does
not constitute any agreement to the sale of those items and
/ or prices and an order can be refused or cancelled by the
Company at any time prior to despatch. |

UK VAT is chargeable on all sales delivered
within the UK (including Isle of Man) and Europe (being the
EC fiscal VAT area), with the following exceptions:
- Sales delivered to The Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey)
are eligible for zero rated VAT. However, please email
us BEFORE YOU PURCHASE to obtain a VAT adjustment
/ discount code for the shopping cart. All sales on this
website automatically go through with VAT charged so any
refunds made after the sale to refund VAT are subject to
a small charge. This charge is made by our card processing
bank to process the refund and the charge will be deducted
from the refund issued to the customer.
- Bulk Trade sales - where a company within Europe (non-UK)
can provide a valid VAT Registration number (as issued by
their own EU country), bulk trade orders may be eligible
for sale excluding VAT. Please email
us for further details and to order.

TITAN accept payment by Paypal (UK) and most major credit
and debit cards.
All online card payments for TITAN Sports
Ltd on www.TitanSport.co.uk
are completed securely using Sage Pay (formally Protx). SagePay
is the UK's leading independent Internet payment service provider
and offers the highest level of security and peace of mind
to TITAN customers. Sage Pay use secure servers, digital signatures,
private payment links to the banks and all data is encrypted
using 128-bit SSL certificates to ensure that all sensitive
information is protected throughout every transaction. TITAN
staff can not access or view cardholder data or payment information
- all data is kept fully secure and masked even on administration
pages. Sage Pay process all major credit and debit cards using
their online real time secure payment process. For more information

Orders paid by Paypal will
be despatched on receipt of payment from Paypal. With standard
Paypal payments (from your Paypal account or credit card),
the payment is normally received with your order details.
However, please note that Paypal eCheques require a 7-10 working
day period for the cheque to clear (like a normal cheque).
Paypal then provide notification of the eCheque clearance,
send TITAN the funds and advise that the order can be despatched.
This time period for clearance and fund transfer is determined
by Paypal.
Whilst it is preferable to process orders
using credit card - as we can then deliver goods in the shortest
time possible - orders can also be made by cheque.
All cheques must be received before we can send your order.

Ltd places great importance on the security and protection
of our customer's individual and payment data. We endeavour
to do all we can to minimise any fraudulent card activity
overall for the benefit of your security. Due to this, we
may make additional checks on addresses and details before
despatching orders. Please bear with us for the additional
time this takes.
For security purposes,
all orders must detail the full registered name and
address for the payment debit or credit card. The
registered address is the address where your card statements
are delivered. The correct and full details are required by
our Card Processor for authorisation of credit or debit card
payments and incorrect details will delay or prevent the order
purchase.
In the event that you may wish to provide
an alternative delivery address (e.g. your work address),
we will post the receipt separately to the registered address.
This is subject to full security confirmation by the company
and the processing bank. Unfortunately we are unable to do
this for large orders. |
