Delivery (UK & Overseas)

UK Delivery:
The delivery tariffs within the UK for Postage & Packing (P&P) are as follows:

• UK Standard Delivery*
  • £2.95 per order for junior rackets / grips / strings / eyewear or other lightweight / smaller items
  • £4.50 per order for TITAN rackets (full size rackets) and larger/bulkier orders or equipment.
• PRIORITY UK Despatch is £6.95 for all orders

Under Standard UK Delivery, TITAN will despatch your order within 2-3 working days of it being received (unless otherwise notified to you*). Delivery for medium and larger UK orders is via either CollectPlus 3-5 weekday delivery or by ParcelForce (also week-day deliveries). Smaller UK parcels will come by Royal Mail First Class post and Airmail (International Tracked & Signed) outside the UK.

Under Priority UK Despatch (as selected and upgraded in the shopping cart), TITAN will despatch your order within 1-2 working days of it being received (unless otherwise notified to you*). Most Priority orders are despatched within 1 working day but the actual time depends on the volume of other Priority orders and time of year. Please note this service is for priority packing and despatch at TITAN - once orders are despatched with the courier, we are dependent on the courier fulfilling the delivery times particularly at busy times of year.

*Please note: Where orders are placed over a weekend, out of business hours or on a bank holiday, then the first working day will be the day deemed to be the order date and the despatch time will calculated from that point.

Parcelforce levy an additional fee for Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Island deliveries so CollectPlus 3-5 day service will probably be used even when Priority Despatch is selected. It is best to email us before you order if you need something urgently to these areas.

BFPO Delivery
We are happy to deliver to BFPO addresses. An indicative delivery cost is provided in the shopping cart but this displayed cost may be higher than the actual cost for particular items, depending on weight and size. So please email us before you order for a more accurate cost. Prices start at £5.95, moving upwards in bandings determined by weight and size. There maybe certain restrictions on some destinations or differing costs for BFPO orders and therefore TITAN reserves the right to contact the customer after they order to amend the shipping cost or cancel the order if required.

International Order Delivery
We are happy to deliver overseas with the appropriate payment/security confirmations. An indicative delivery cost is provided in the shopping cart but this displayed cost may be higher than the actual cost for particular items, depending on weight and size. So please email us before you order for a more accurate cost. We can deliver lightweight items (such as eyeglasses) by Airmail (initial price band) and heavier or larger orders will be sent by courier. Costs vary depending on country / location.

TITAN will do its upmost to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, but following despatch, the company can not take responsibility for the time period or delivery by the carrier.
